After a few months when you quit smoking your circulation will start to improve and it is easier for you to walk because your lungs will function better.  You will find out that you don’t have as much shortness of breath or cough as much as you did before.  You will not have as much sinus congestion or be as tired as you were before.  After about a year of you quit smoking your chances will drop in half of having a serious heart attack.  If you make it this far without smoking your success level is great and chances are you will be done smoking for good.  You will have the freedom and control of your body and your health that your deserve.  After a few years your chances of having a stroke are just like that of people who have never smoked.  Your chances of lung cancer, cancer of the mouth, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, throat cancer and pancreas cancer is all decreased back to just like you have never smoked before.
