Does Auriculotherapy work for all addictions or JUST smoking?

Hey guys. just wanted to know if any of you have any previous history or experience with Auriculotherapy . The zero smoke website has the new magnets that go on your ear for 3-4 hours a day. They claim that your smoking addiction will be gone, but i'm wondering if its the same for other addictions, or if it's simply for smoking.

I don't mean like alcohol addiction, or weed addiction. I mean like pain pills, or sleeping pills...etc.

It's a magnet that goes on the ear, and I'm wondering if it is supposed to work for other things too.

Any ideas?
