Be nice to rich clients and rude to everyone else. People who have money and can reach places that are the focus. Yes, you can take in some poorer customers only to pay the bills, but that does not mean you have to be nice to them or work as hard. Ensure that customers seeking a more modest house know that you are taking them just because they have no one better. 6. Hope your family and friends to use your servicesYou are entitled to their family and sponsorship from friends. Let them know in no uncertain terms.
